Home Inspiration: The Navy Velvet Couch

I’m currently in the process of moving to a new San Francisco apartment. I moved to SF a year ago from NYC and have been living in a smaller one-bedroom for the past year. My new apartment has a ton more space which I’m so excited about. To prepare for my move, I’ve been looking into room inspiration for new decor especially living and bedroom decor. The one thing I want to be the focal point for the living room is a chic and eye-catching navy velvet couch. The space is very airy and bright so I want to keep everything else really light but with a dramatic navy velvet couch to pop. I’m looking to go for a timeless vintage modern feel. Nothing over the top glamourous but more laid back and comfortable. I have had my eye on this navy one from Article for such a long time.
